A made-to-order pendant inspired by Charon’s Obol, the coin traditionally placed with the dead for the journey across the River Styx. In this form, the idea becomes something worn by the living instead, a small token of love, passage, memory, and continuation.
Each obol is created individually, with imagery shaped around the person, relationship, memory, or symbolism being honoured. The finished piece may hold animals, flowers, initials, dates, words, personal emblems, or other motifs that carry meaning for the wearer.
The pendant is designed as a coin of remembrance: one side seen, one side kept close. It is intended not as a generic charm, but as a personal object of passage, carrying, and devotion.
Chains are not included by default, so each piece can be paired with a chain selected separately for the preferred thickness, length, and material.
